Hi, I'm Shannon Jackson! I struggled with anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia for 15 years.

When I was working to heal, there was nothing I hadn't tried. I tried it ALL! Medication, breathing exercises, grounding practices, exercise, a healthy diet, meditation, journaling, all of the silly anxiety “hacks,” and the list goes on!

And for years I felt like… I just have to accept that this is what my life is going to look like… Until I learned why I was actually struggling.

A big part of why I was struggling is because I was trying so dang hard (and because I was trying all of the wrong things).

I know recovery might feel far off, but I promise, once you have more clarity and understanding, recovery becomes much easier and it doesn't take you long to get there!
